The Regional Business Development Team, Dealership Sales Teams, Dealership Service Teams, Regional Service Support Teams, National Live Chat Team, National RV Sales Call Center Team What is your favorite thing about your job and why? I love the growth this company provides. I feel so grateful to work for a organization where I have been able to wear so many different hats. It’s given me the opportunity to learn and experience so much, I don’t believe that would be the case in many other organizations. Its pretty amazing when you can be a part of something that can positively impact not only your personal life but the lives of the team members you manage, your customers, and the bottom line of the company. I would say my absolute favorite part is to watch others grow and develop personally and professionally through the production of exceptional results. What made you interested in working in the outdoor recreation industry? I love being outside, as a family we love to camp, fish, bike, boat, hike, etc. Working in this space just seemed like a natural fit for me. How has Camping World Holdings helped you succeed as a woman in the workplace? How is this different than other companies you have worked at? I believe I have been given so many incredible opportunities in this company largely because of the strong women who are in the top leadership positions within our organization. They are the ones who have paved the way for women to enter this male dominated industry and now we have so many strong women in leadership here at Camping World.

I have always worked in extremely male dominated industries but here it feels that we reward results. I also believe that women in our company really support each other. We want each other to succeed and grow which is a very unique and powerful culture to work in.
What advice would you offer other women who are interested in a career at a Camping World Holdings brand? Take a chance on this company, work hard, communicate your goals with your superiors, find a good mentor within our organization, perform at an exceptional level and be willing to try new things. The only constant in our company is change, be willing to learn and grow from those changes and you will go very far!
